Research objectives: This study aims to analyze the reasons, development, and consequences of Şahin Giray Sultan’s Rebellion in history Crimean Khanate, based on data retrieved from Ottoman archival sources. materials: The main sources for this research are documents held Archive Topkapı Palace Museum Department Archives Presidency Republic Turkey Directorate State. These have been compared with Ottoman-Tatar chronicles period (İzzi Tarihi, Çelebî Akay Tarih-i Said Sultan).
